I have had a KD Smart chair for the…
I have had a KD Smart chair for the past 6 years. It is the best purchase I have made and well worth the price. It is an awesome mobility device. It has excellent motors on both rear wheels that power it over almost any level surface, including grass, gravel, cobblestones and In have even used it at the beach on solid sand. It is convenient in that it fits in my car's trunk and is not too heavy. I would recommend this chair to anyone who has mobility issues.

My order for a joystick took 6 month to…
My order for a joystick took 6 month to receive it. Now been waiting for 3 months for batteries I ordered. Called many times and got no answer. Finally got a response after I left a nasty messege.

Kudos to KD
I've had this chair since 2016. It's very reliable, sturdy, with excellent maneuverability. Customer Service is fantastic. One time a screw came loose on the front wheel. Lenny sent an entire front assembly. I depend on the chair to go up and down several ramps that cover steps in the house, so it's nice not to be confined to some small part of the house anymore. Kudos to Lenny and the team for making such a quality product that has benefited many many people.

I absolutely love it!!!
I absolutely love it!! Gave me my freedom back! My M300 was too heavy to get in some houses and places. The KD Smart chair solved that problem! The chair is powerful, fast and durable. They had great customer service and delivery was extremely fast! Lenny explained everything well and made my purchase a great experience. I highly recommend the KD Smart chair.

No response from customer service after…
No response from customer service after repeated requests for a return authorization for a joystick that is not compatible with the Smart Chair!

Poor customer service
I have not received the items I order nor have I received any communication from them. I was not sure if they are even in business anymore. Have tried to call several times but could never speak with anyone. Will never recommend you to anyone and getting ready to make a complaint with the BBB.
