My wheelchair quit working and I ask to borrow a joystick and CPU to determine What the problem was since the I couldn’t get someone to come to the house through Smart Chair. Smart chair claimed a two week delivery on These parts, but I am still waiting after three weeks. While I like the Smart chair, if anything goes Wrong, their service support is the worst i Have ever experienced! I would not recommend it to anyone because of the above!

Part available online but never received, paid 200 plus but will someday arrived after a month and some.

I have no problem with the chair . I love the chair and I depend on it . However I needed a part and was not kept up-to-date on my problem . I was told that either a new part or new chair would be sent to me . So far I have not been served very well . I will not stop until I am fully satisfied even if I need an attorney . I am tired of companies throwing people aside after the sell !!!!!

Indefinite results on sales department regarding availability, and decided just to cancel my order# 5338. Never heard about the loan was taken cared after I cancelled this order. It was just frustrating having no results.

I Bought a replacement battery and although I have sent 3 emails asking for shipment information I never got an answer. The battery has not arrived yet and I still don't have any information.

the only advantage it has is that it is good to travel by plane and that the battery lasts a lot, but it is slow and does not have good handling and it is uncomfortable

always hangs up when folded for transport hard to open back up. the connection for the controller is in the wrong place has broken twice. the rear tires are to slick will tell every one i know a not to buy.

It is odd that I got a request-for-review of a "recent" purchase, since it was about 2 years ago. However, the problem was that the chair is designed for a statistically average female and can't be adjusted for body size. It proved too small and uncomfortable for my partner, and when we tried to return it, they shipped it back to us. We grumbled, ate the loss and donated it to charity. At the time, KD Smart Chair seemed overwhelmed by their success at the time, and were failing in customer service.
