KD Smart ChairReviews of kdsmartchair.com

Indefinite results on sales department regarding availability, and decided just to cancel my order# 5338. Never heard about the loan was taken cared after I cancelled this order. It was just frustrating having no results.

I have not received my chair yet, after circa one month of waiting, but I doubt I’ll have any negative issues with the chair. Dealing with your customer service department has been an unwelcome nightmare, unfortunately, and my order for additional parts was never filled. If I’ve written a negative review in my life, prior to this one, I don’t remember doing so. Blessings! 🙏🏻 Jesse Leigh Brackstone.

I Bought a replacement battery and although I have sent 3 emails asking for shipment information I never got an answer. The battery has not arrived yet and I still don't have any information.

Always great service. Steven is always great to deal with.

Bought my KD Smart Chair in 2015 and have never regretted it! Many people have stopped me and ask about my chair. I have only the best to say about my chair and the company that created it and the people that help me when I call. I do have a wish and it is strictly my own wish. I wish that the bumpers, arm rest could resist the punishment doors and such deliver to them. I have had to change my right chair arm three times and my bumpers the same. This time with the bumpers I placed reinforced packing tape hoping it would take the strikes they get sometimes. I don't know what to do (anymore then I am) how to fix my problem with doors. All of this said, I love my smart chair and use is every day. It gives my the mobility (at 74) to do what I want and with style. It is the finest experiences I could have predicted, but was not sure of. You will never go wrong with this chair!

Love the chair but NO REPAIR SERVICE THAT WORKS. My son has spent the better part of the last year (seems longer) trying to get it fixed. After spending about $500 doing what they told us to do, I still have a non functioning chair and have two unused new parts that didn’t fix it. BEEN A MESS!!!!!!!

My joystick came as scheduled, but my cup holder was a no show. What happened?

I love my KD Smart Chair, but it’s hard to access customer service. There is little communication after purchase and before delivery. Recently I purchased some replace parts: 4 arm covers and 1 cup holder. The arms arrived, but no sign of the cup holder. I’ve been trying to get the carrying case, but no response from company if it’s available or not.
