This chair has given my daughter so much freedom! It's easily folded and transported. I will definitely purchase another. Wish it came in a smaller version but make this one work!

First off, let me say my KD HD smart chair is an awesome chair. I am 6'0", 300 lbs. and it transports me effortlessly. I use it daily and the batteries last several days. I only gave it a four star rating because of the foot rest. This chair is best used by someone that has some mobility and can enter or exit from the side of the chair, not straight on. The footrest is awkward, cumbersome and does not fold up, or out of the way, making it difficult to enter and exit the chair. My only recommendation, to KD, is to redesign the foot rest so it folds up and out of the user's way.

I really like this chair for its comfort, portability, and durability. I have been stopped by several people in stores, etc.asking me about how I enjoy the way it's made. I have had it for several years now and the only problem I've had, that was not caused by me, was the drive tires wore down a little prematurely and I called KD Smart Chair to ask about that. Tech support acknowledged there was a problem with their manufacturer of the tires and they promptly sent a new set of tires, free of charge! So I have nothing bad to say about the company or chair. Highly recommend!

The tracking system is excellent.

Have had this chair for over one year. Outstanding performance and design. Most everone who sees me using it is amazed at it. Best purchase I ever made. Would highly endorse. Great company and very helpful people. Chair is easy to use and goes forever on a charge. I am very proud to own it.
