After much expense and having to constsntly contact publisher with very bad errors that should have been noticed by proof readers. my book was published . BUT ALL OF THE ILLUSTRATIONS ARE ON THE INCORRECT PAGE NOT TO CORRESPOND WITH POEM. I THEN HAD TO PAY AU 164.00 FOR 3 COPIES (WHICH EQUATES TO 54.00 EACH) AND WHEN THEY TURNED UP THEY WERE FROM ADELAIDE. PAID TAXES ETC ON SOMETHING THAT CAME FROM AUSTRALIA. TOTALLY DISCUSTED AND WANT MY MONEY BACK.

customer service is so rude, I made payment. they did nothing. I want to get a refund after looking at these reviews they were so hesitate and speaking so rudely. Seems like a scam

Davvero deludente. Mi pubblicano subito il libro su amazon, poi dopo tre giorni dicono che mi chiudono l'account entro pochi giorni, perchè devo verificare i documenti. E lanciano un bot finto che non ce la farà mai a verificarli. Provo e riprovo, ma tanto ho già capito la truffa. Amazon sempre peggio. Costi esorbitanti: infatti non compro mai. Questo self pubblishing è una truffa. Capisco che vogliano scremare e alzare il livello, ma è stata davvero una brutta esperienza. Poi dicono che ti mandano le copie del libro a 3,16 euro e non mi sono ancora arrivate. Secondo me, non arriveranno mai!

Ho acquistato, inconsapevole cosa fosse un prodotto KDP Amazon, un "libro" che di libro ha solo la copertina. Il resto è un aggregato di stampe malformattate con testi con caratteri imbarazzanti e immagini sfocate. Non entro nel merito della qualità dei testi e delle foto scelte (senza nessun credits di copyrights) questa è una questione dall'autore scarso, ed è colpa della mia scelta. Quello che mi ha fatto arrabbiare è la qualità del prodotto "fisico" , un pacco di brutte fotocopie , roba tipo i volantini in ciclostile. Lo renderò subito e mai più un acquisto del genere. Amazon su questo per quanto mi riguarda ha toppato totalmente.

Je veux mettre mon livre a la vente pour 12.60 et ils me disent que ça va pas dans leur fourchette de prix 🤔 Fourchette de prix : entre 6.98 et 250... 🤔... Et dans leurs mails, ils répondent qu'ils ne savent pas 🙄

This company is the Absolute worst. I am a disabled vet suffering with PTSD. I thought I found way to calm my anxiety while spreading help to others who need a reminder and motivation. I tried several times to verify my ID on the KDP website and after several failed attempts, I was told I had 13 day to comply. Then I was told later that same day, My account was being terminated. There are hundreds who share this same experience with this company. Save yourself time and find another publishing company. KDP is the worst.

Il "servizio assistenza" KDP è una presa in giro, credo voluta e organizzata. La loro piattaforma, probabilmente gestita da AI idiote e incompetenti, presenta ora errori gravissimi, che in passato non c'erano, ma il "servizio" sembra non comprendere, afferma che "potrebbe essere colpa mia" (ho già pubblicato 20 libri senza problemi, N.d.R.), chiede di mandare dei VIDEO dell'errore riscontrato e poi ti risponde che i video non sono ammessi come allegato. Sembra che si divertano alle spalle dei malcapitati che li riempiono di soldi pubblicando i loro libri, di cui Amazon incamera la massima parte del ricavato (e purtroppo i miei libri vendono, generando per me guadagni irrisori). Insomma, c'è una sola spiegazione possibile: o il "servizio" KDP è composto da idioti lobotomizzati, o si tratta di AI, che, in quanto tali, danno solo risposte inutili, prefabbricate e ripetitive. Un bello spaccato della realtà che ci attende, tutta gestita da questi idioti classificati come "intelligenze artificiali".
