Terrible. This company is dishonest and is committing fraud. I ordered one cutting board at the stated price of $45.00. When the transaction printed out moments later, the charge was $118.00. They had added on another cutting board and warranties that I never agreed to. I immediately emailed them to cancel the whole order. They replied that it was too late and that it was already packaged and shipped. In five minutes??? I will take this case to Pay Pal. Don't deal with this company EVER.

Not very happy. One of the boards was damaged. They rook a long time to arrive. I immediately contacted the company. I completed their customer satisfaction survey and returned it. They denied receiving it and I accordingly completed a 2nd survey and returned it. I asked them to confirm receipt, which they have not done so. However, they then said that according to their information, I had not received receipt of the boards. I confirmed that indeed I had received the cutting boards. I am yet to receive a refund.

After reading many reviews I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint to get my money back. For some reason this very small, very scratched and chipped “titanium” cutting board arrived even after it was supposed to be canceled. I disposed of the board as obviously, it had been previously returned by someone else. This was a small board and definitely not worth the $72.74 that I paid but was credited back. Thank you PayPal.

Never buy from this website!! I accidentally ordered a set of 2 titanium chopping board for 117£ (this is after discount!! but includes the guarantee). I mean accidental as I clicked checkout but I changed my and stopped the buying process. That very evening I opened my computer and found the paypal webpage was asking for my login and I logged in... that is it.. The purchase had been done. I wrote to paypal and katuchef immediately to tell them it was a accidental buy and to recover and cancel the order. I wrote to Katuchef with in 5 min of ordering to say it was a mistake and to cancel the order. The 'lovely Victor' wrote ;' sorry your item is packed and ready for dispatch'. I did not even remember giving my address. I wrote again saying there is no away someone is efficient enough to pack and send with in 5 min of ordering. Then Victor said 'pls allow us small businesses to thrive and begged I see the product and use it and if I am not satisfied then I can easily choose the 30 day return'. There was no other way for me .. so I accepted. A month later when I had forgotten about the purchase.. I receive a parcel like a small book size.. I did not even know what that was even after opening and later realised it was the chopping board. It was 15cmx20 cm and I am not joking. I packed immediatley and wrote to them stating my order number and asking for return address. 10 days and several emails with promises of 50% and 75% off they had to give me the address as I was strong! I send the packag on 7th July and it was tracked delivery and I could see it was delivered on 9th July. Till 29th July I had been emailing them every day asking for refund. No order found, will refund when we receive product, no order found, send tracking details. - I was non stop emailing them for 20 days and finally they gave in. I am awaiting the refund on 31.7.25 ... Tomorrow is the big day.

I would give this a 0! This company is a scam! I still haven’t received my order after 4 weeks! Reading multiple reviews I see that the product is at best substandard, claiming to be titanium but easily scratches etc. They do not respond to emails either! No accountability on behalf of this company. At this point I’ll likely never receive the order or refund! I contacted them and have not received a reply. Very disappointed!

Unreliable, the money management of this company is in Lithuania UAB bank, when you try to mail them their email link does NOT work , Katuchef does not delivered my shipment for already 2 months , suggest not to get involved with Katuchef whatso ever .

Complete illegal scam! Please keep your money and stay away from trash products, services and total lies!! They drain your wallet, time, and energy. Not worth a penny!!!

My initial impression was, this thing is too heavy. Doing the maths and based on titanium’s density ( 4.5g/cm3) my cutting board should have weighed 255g. The actual weight came in at 355g which worked out to 6.25g/cm3. Clearly, some other metal. Bottom line: heavy weight rip off.
