They deserve a 0 rating for being one of the biggest scam artists. Took 6 weeks to get the small overpriced board. Contacted customer service to return item. “Victor” responded to send it back to France?? I asked him if I would be reimbursed for returning item? I’m in Canada, the board came on a slow boat from China and I need to return to France?? He never responded but a list of other lovelies from this fly by night operation did. Kwin, Raffy, Lynden, Degelen each respond with the same request to provide my order # etc. Then I was told they had no record of the order. I provided them with the email from them confirming the order only to be told it was a different Katuchef??? They are hoping I’ll get so frustrated I’ll give up. I’ll be posting negative reviews all over social media. Scammers!

Ordered two chopping boards, was charged for 4 (2 with warranty that i never bought), received two and they came both scratched which only showed up after removing the protective film, obviously not made from titanium but some cheap soft metal, emails to customer support to return left unanswered to had to contact my banks fraud department to hopefully sort this, Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 4 cutting boards. They ALL arrived damaged. Spoke with the company and they said they will take care of it and needed pictures uploaded. They did not send address of where to return the damage items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scammers!!

I ordered 4 platinum cutting boards advertised as "scratch resistant". I ordered them directly from the company after watching a video on their ebsite. The boards arrived deeply scratched with signs of obvious wear and scratching along the edges. There was a sticker on each board that advised to "remove the protective film before using. None of the boards had protective film - they each came in bubble wrap. I have contacted the company via email and hope to get my money back as I have little confidence now in the product.

One of the boards arrived damaged. One of the boards scratched as soon as I used it - therefore not scratch resistent as they suggest. Accordingly, not as described. Titanium in itself is not antimicrobial - therefore it is unclear how they can suggest these boards have antimicrobial properties. The boards are extremely small, not fit for purpose. Additionally, the measurements they give on their website are different to the actual measurements of the board. The boards are ridiculously expensive. I've never heard of their Master Chef Kaitu Mason. Customer Service keep closing my complaint, despite me asking for a refund 3 weeks ago when I received the boards. They just ignore my request for a refund. The so called positive reviews on their website are a scam. Click on them and you will see that this is the case.

This is a scam. As I was browsing through the site it auto directed me to PayPal. My computer happened to be open and I heard emails come in from PayPal indicating there were multiple charges made. It also charged me for warranty and other random items I didn’t even look at. I contacted customer support within minutes and received an automated message saying that the order has already been shipped which is of course impossible. I will be disputing the charges but hope this review helps others avoid wasting their time with this unethical company.

Just scammers, there is absolutely nothing positive I can say about this company, how they got such rave reviews on comparison sites is beyond me, but I won't be using those sites again. I can't believe PayPal do business with them, I am going to close my PayPal account.

Items inferior. Not as described and poor quality. Do not waste your money or time.
