My bank's fraud department contacted me…
My bank's fraud department contacted me to question the transaction. It was not easy, even using TrustPilot, as my bank's agent suggested, to inquire--it gave a ranking of reviews, but not reasons. I had the product company name, but my bank had a different name coming through, so that was a concern, but it seemed safe. Then the website company offered one after another of other products before it finally went to Checkout. I might be back. This might be more an observation about TrustPilot than the product & company.

Charged more than displayed
I ordered one titanium cutting board. I received an email thanking me for the order, providing an order number and order summary noting the final cost to be $66.74. My credit card has been charged $93.30. I'm assuming KatuChef is advertising the price in Australian dollars, then charging in US dollars. This was NOT mentioned anywhere during the checkout process. So disappointed, if this was stipulated during checkout I would never have purchased this product. I see KatuChef as being deceitful and would prefer to not receive the cutting board and have the money refunded. Further the customer service email address on their website responds as Undeliverable. Therefore, I can only assume it is a fake email address.

Very easy to order but no prevision to…
Very easy to order but no prevision to look over the final order to see if it was correct. I did call to attempt to rectify the issue but it was already charged to my credit card which was dissapointing.

Do not trust this company!
Yes, the first person I spoke to was kind and helpful about my incorrect order. However, I just looked back and it took me 21 more times of contact to get the problem solved. They kept offering me percents off my charge but I just wanted to return the extra pieces and get a full refund. I would not trust this company. I think it’s a big bait and switch job and it cost me much time and frustration dealing with them. And on top of that, I don’t like the cutting board!

answered quickly and pleasant
answered quickly, very pleasant, no issues. The only con is that I don't have a return label as he promised until I do the survey so I can't really comment on your return policy
