Small print for don’t add to order
To select no to ordering extra items the print is so small that you end up pressing order. I didn’t plan on ordering the knives but I do have two people to gift them

KITCHEN MAGIC MUST HAVE
The add itself sells the cutting board. The reviews are wonderful and should be a must in all kitchens for serious cooks and safety of all eating there. A definite must so I also purchased boards for my sisters for Christmas. Thank you very much for the tremendous gift opportunity, Eugene

Price change at end
I don't like seeing the price at the end, after my card information has been entered. The price was different from what was shown, which I don't appreciate. Too many offers that follow offering more deals.

I was very upset with the checkout…
I was very upset with the checkout process. I wasn't asked to confirm the order before payment was taken out. It didn't allow for me to check for any errors in my order & see the shipping cost on the invoice before it was processed. I contacted Katori only an hour or so after my order was placed and was told it was too late to adjust it. I now have to return the unwanted extra products within 30 days after receiving them. An inconvenience that could have been avoided. Following up by email to my enquiry has been satisfactory so far & I will see how the rest of the transaction unfolds when returning products.
