Went to the vet who gave us 6 months supply for heart worm & Fleas meds so that we wont have to visit him each month. Insurance only paid for 1 month instead of 6 months. Why should I take my puppy to the vet each month to get his heart worm meds and pay for a vet visit? When I called customer service they were no help either.

-I was told I would get a call at a specific time to teach me how to use the app and no one called -my calls were dodged for a week. Called customer service and my insurance agent -wrong age listed for my pet in the app. I was assured it would be taken care of and it wasn’t. Kanguro dodged my calls and voicemails for a week. -it was my first time needing to use the insurance and the app was down, thus creating extra work for myself - I uploaded my dog’s medical records and got no confirmation -it’s almost been a full week and I have no idea if I’m being reimbursed for my vet bills. That being said insurance agents and customer agents are fantastic once I actually get someone on the phone.

Impossible to contact customer support. Cant imput our credit card info into the app because another set information was there, couldnt change, made one report of dr visit and it didnt take so when we resubmitted and it allowed it, then got a denial notice for double submitting..
