I submitted all the documents that was requested. I have a email that said they need my documents. How does a company not have something that was confirmed they received it when you submitted.
Response from Kanguro InsuranceApr 14, 2026
Hi, We’re really sorry to read this. This is not the experience we want for anyone. We understand how frustrating it is to submit your documents and then be told they’re still needed. In some cases, documents may require additional verification, and we completely understand how confusing that can feel. If you’d like more clarification or support, you’re always welcome to contact us directly at 888 546 5264 or [email protected]. We’ll be happy to help. Thank you for sharing your experience. This helps us improve. – The Kanguro Team 🦘
