Never had any problems with their service both online & telephone. Everyone has always been very helpful. They also give loyal customers various mini promotions. Recently has an order for 2 items & both were delivered before the expected deluvery date which was also good. Would recommend to anyone who would like to do Catalogue Shopping.

Prompt delivery, well packaged items, and most things in stock or available at all times. Prices are sometimes a little higher, but well worth the extra for the convenience of shopping from home (especially in the early hours when I am awake)! My only hope is that one day payment can be "per calendar month" as I could then set up a direct debit for 1st of each month - as it is every 4 weeks I cannot do this as my salary would not be available to guarantee payment. I wonder if pcm payments could be worked out as this would then be the "icing on the cake" and give customers who need to budget the peace of mind each month.

A good and easy way to get things you need interest free. They were their when I needed to replace my washer and got it interest free so cheaper then buying it from other places and paying interest or taking out a loan. They are excellent. Good delivery service and friendly customer service people when you have a problem to sort out. Keep up the good work

Where do i start?! deliveries what a joke, delivered to the incorrect address high risk items that require signatures left behind wheely bins. complaints handling is a bigger joke they don't call you, you have to chase them. returns, what returns when you request a courier to pick up an item from your home they don't turn up either. All in all the worst service ever from a company DO NOT USE THEM

i placed an order on 7th I was suppose to receive this on the 9th I called on 13th ? to be told that my order had been sent back to the depot as they couldn't deliver, I M in every day so are both my neighbours, I didn't receive a card through the door and now I cant even re order as I don't have enough credit and my goods won't be back in the depot for at least 14 days. So I am very disappointed as this order was very important.

Cannot fault the company - excellent choice of stock, delivered when they say it will be and they let you know asap when something has become unavailable. I like the automated customer service for quickness and the website is attractive.
