The transistion from Empire to KandCo was very smooth and did not affect the service for ordering and delivering. The on-line ordering and payments system suits my lifestyle. Orders and returns are dealt with very efficiently. Whenever I have had cause to speak to call-centre staff they are always helpful and friendly. While using your catalogues I have seen my children grow from toddlers to young adults and during that time I have clothed them, furnished their bedrooms and purchased their Chirstmas and birthday presents. You have been a great help when money has been tight as I could spread my payments over a period of time. Thank you for being there. I've been shopping online with Kandco for several years, I've found them to be very reliable. Deliveries, standard or express, they're always on time, returning items for what ever reasons, are effortless and simple allowing me to order more than one items before deciding on which best suit my needs, and returning the other. On the phone, I found them to be always helpful and polite. In the past I had ordered certain items and was disappointed to find they were out of stock, however these were few and far between, overall, Kandco provides an excellent service

Kandco have been excellent with the buy now pay later as long as it is managed properly. I have had a few problems with the delivery. paying extra for a morning delivery and it has not turned up until 7 in the evening. This lets you down.

ive never had any major issues with this catalogue other than them loosing a payment. i do think that statements should be once a month on a set day and not every consecutive 4 weeks as i find some months i have to pay twice because of the days in the month. customer services are overall average for a catalogue. the things i order always come in top condition and the courier for my area ive had a few times and hes really nice and friendly. the catalogue should do a 'bigger' selection for people that are not the average size, if the catalogue brances out into the bigger person i think they would get more custom. on bigger pieces of equipment like expensive TV's i think catalogue should offer an extra 6 months warrenty ontop of the year standard on them as more of an incentive to buy.

I've been completely satisfied with the service I've received from K and Co and I've been dealing with them for 30-odd years. This service has even improved with a faster delivery over the past few years. I had occasion to return a Vax Vacuum Cleaner recently which I found very poor quality, and there was no quibble about the fact that I'd had it longer than the 'approval period'. They even delivered the replacement (a Dyson) the following day, picking up the old machine at the same time. It turned what could have been a fraught time into a pleasant experience, which I'm grateful for.
