I was disappointed when Empire amalgamated with K&Co as I'd been a customer for many years. The free delivery is good and I hope it keeps up. Some items are more expensive reflecting the times. Up to now all my purchases - which tend to be on the larger items have been very good. So far no complaints. I commend the phone staff on their helpful and polite attitude.

I have shopped with Kandco for years either online or as a catalogue customer. their service is second to none. Delivery is super quick and the goods are always great and if for any reason you do not like them they cane be easily returned. ten out of ten for me. Margaret

I have been a customer of Great Universal, now Kay&Co, for over twenty years. The service has got better and better. I have never had any problems at all, either with the superb service nor with the many goods I have ordered. Now that we're all online it is wonderful to take my time to browse a vast department store, add things to my basket with no queues, crowds or aching feet! And, the store is open 24hours. Orders are depatched quickly and collections are easily dealt with. I have no hesitation in saying "satisfaction guarenteed". I have just completed my Xmas shopping with Kay&Co. from ordering to delivery the service was first class. My order was a large item and needed a two man delivery. I was given a 3 hour delivery window, (which is better than a full day! ) and the delivery was on time. I couldn't ask for more.

I have shopped with Kandco for many years (when it was individually set up i.e. Kays, GUS etc). I always find and have always found, their service excellent and have only encountered minimal problems over the 8+ years I have shopped with them. Their communication is brilliant, from ordering, delivery, account updates, returning and general communication. The Christmas offers of 3 for 2, are so helpful when 'counting the pennies'. Everything I have ordered has been just as viewed on-line. Out of everything I have ordered for Christmas, only 1 item has been returned and even then, it was due to the parcel being damaged on route to me! Fantastic company and service. Transition from Emprire to KandCo did not really affect me and the internet search links still work but re-direct seamlesses (for when I forget what its now called!). I deal directly online with no problem at all. The interest free options are great - and whereas the statements used to be a little confusing regarding actual amounts owed, after i spoke with call centre staff, the bills now show the amounts with and without interest. The prices are also more reasonable than other catalogues. My orders are always spot on. overall very pleased - the only reason I have not given a ten is that often there is low or no stock for items.
