well i must say everything turned up on time as i was trying to find something for my party,the availability of size's & item's was not good,that could be much better,and trying to make a return or contact kandko via there web site was very hard i tried for days still is not working,so i called over a week and 5 calls later it took to make a return and one day wasted waiting in for them to come.and i seem to only get offers after iv'e placed a order worth alot so i can't use..could be much better as iv'e been a customer for a long time.....

NO stars, for a truly 'DIABOLICAL' ' service ' ??? NO service at all really .. despite saying NO to a 7am delivery in the first instance, told on 3 further occasions that that would be the delivery time. This was by the 'delivery company' used ( Yodel ) who were truly atrocious. They did turn up at 07.35 one morning, blocking my cul-de-sac, and, after a twenty minute 'perusal' of paperwork, and a search of the van, told me they did not have 'my product' ( a washing machine ! ) on their van ! Went back to K&Co, and complained .. they said they would 'sort it out', and asked 'when' we would like it delivered .. we said " anytime after 10am, any day of the week " .. it turned up, a couple of days later, @ 09.20 ! .. at least they did have the washing machine this time, and, luckily, we were in to take delivery !! .. on 2 separate occasions 'after' taking this delivery, we were rang up by Yodel, to say that they were going to deliver it ' 2 days hence ' from the phone call !!! ... Truly UNBELIEVABLE, and ATROCIOUS, ' so called ' service ... ABSOLUTELY APPALLING ...

have had nothing but good feedback for kandco i phoned up for some goods from joe brown on their sale sheet, and despite the fact that apart from one item everything was out of stock, the operator was very helpful. I went onto the website and although the items i would have liked were out of stock , i managed to get several items., and will continue to shop with kandco for a long time.

I received very average service when I ordered from KandCo. The item took a long time to arrive which wasn't a problem but the delivery drivers were useless. The item was large and difficult to maneuver yet they left it in the hall and made no offer to help me get it into the room I wanted. In fact they didn't really speak to me at all.

It took a couple of weeks to get my item delivered. Once it was delivered and I asked for the large item to be collected I stayed in all day Friday for no one to turn up. I then called again and was told it would be collected on the Saturday. I stayed in again all day Saturday and again no one turned up. After speaking to the manager I am still waiting for a collection!!!

after being with Gt Uni for years the only problem i have had is just after the switchover to K&Co i ordered some Converse boots for my son for his hols but after six months they fell apart i contacted the customer services the told me to send them back. They were later returned to me a month later with a note saying they were not bought from the catalogue even though i returned them in original box i got no customer service on this matter and in this one instance was very disappointed.

i have been a customer for many years and i am also a customer for other catologs but i think this is the best one to have because they have a lot more for your money.
