I have been an agent and a customer for many, many years with Great Universal and now with Kandco, I have nothing but good experiences with both companies . I place orders by phone and on line with no problems , and deliveries are on time , and if I am not at home when my order is due, my parcels are left in the pre designated secure area as arranged . My customers are also very positive about Kandco and like the convenience of shopping from home, and as their agent ,I ensure that goods and payments are dealt with, after all , their purchases give me a good commission , ( another perk from Kandco) I am very happy with Kandco and would have no hesitation in recommending this company .

II have been a customer since great universal days, as a company I have had excellent service, no problems when ringing for advice, and so much easier than trolling the shops. Using this catalogue is a must.

Orders arrive days after ordering, except if out of stock . Sometimes am told item will be 2 weeks before delivery but usualy turn up before 2 weeks are up. Deliver drivers always friendly and polite. Parcels are always left safely if not in. Customer services have allways been helpfull and polite. A great company to deal with.

I ordered a sweater in the sale on line.I thought I was going to wait at least a week for the item to arrive,but to my surprise it came the next day.It was just as seen in the picture and of good quality. You can't get better service than that without leaving home.

Had a Notebook Laptop written off, after returning a second time with same fault that wasn't fixed properly. Ordered the above DV6-6b04sa, but got a DV6-6c04ea, thinking similiar NOT SO. Got no metal case, No Password Fingerprint reader, No Beats Sound System, No USB 3.0 faster sockets. More Memory & Bigger Hard Drive, at the expence of better features. Should of been delivered by 12th April, so they sent different less popular model on 9th March. Kandco has just bought out another one HP dv6-6c05ea, promising 2 USB 3.0 faster sockets, but the HP website says normal USBs. Advice when you get it check the code is exact, price up the extra paying in installments against the bigger hard drives on the website & better price.

As we are on a tight budget we take advantage of using K&CO for the bulky items on Buy now Pay Later! We pay during that spell, it is then cleared by when the payment is due to be paid...saving on the interest! It's easy to use their website, also if and when I have had to ring they are very helpful. Deliveries always when stated.Keep up the good work K&Co x

never had any really problems, few little niggles but they have always been understanding and helpful . . still using after years of service. . .
