Savoir Turtle Neck jumpers delivered a day early, just one fault. Of the 4 jumpers delivered ALL with size 20 labels, tried the !st One on so cut all the labels off. Bad move the last one although it carried a size 20 label I think it must have been a size 30 as measured across was 30 inches across the back. But with the labels cut off I don't suppose it can be returned, which is a shame from an agent who's been with the catalogue for 45 yes FORTY-FIVE years.

I've been an agent for 37 years, had a couple of hicups but nothing to grumble about. ecieved my orders on time ,sometimes a few days before they a due.But on the whole nothing to complain about. Delivery driver is very pleasent and helpful.

I have been a customer for many years, and have always found everything arrives on time, or earlier on many ocassions

I've been with them for over 10 years now and always been good on delivery and goods would recomend them to anybody.

I have always had a good experience from K and Co apart from my most recent purchase. I ordered a dress and arranged to collect it from a newsagent. When I collected it and took it home i discovered it wasn't the dress I ordered and was someone else's order from little woods catalogue. I rang a couple of times the first person was very unhelpful and didn't explain how I should return it as its not even from k and co. the 2nd was helpful but explained to get the dress I ordered I would have to order it again and now it's out of stock and still had no refund for what I ordered. I think they should look into using a different courier as it was them that put the wrong label on the wrong parcel and don't have a clue where the dress I ordered is.

My order was due to be delivered last tuesday it never turned up and when i called to ask why they didnt have an exact awnser they just said should be with you in 14 days. But as a working person i am not always home to sign for my package so theres a good chance i may miss it when it does make an appearance depending on the time and day

i find that telephoning is a long drawn out affair the advisiors are helpful when you eventually get through the delivery isnt always next day as i was informed and i dot like having to pay for each phone call i make

Have been an agent now for many years and have had a wonderful service from my catalogue and always have good service from the delivery people. They are always happy to help if they can and nothing is too much trouble, they are extremely friendly and listen. Hope to have many more years of good service and excellent gooods thankyou.
