when i ordered a pair of jeans it said on the e mail they would be delivered on the 13th of nov and a signature was required for this item , stayed in all day ,no parcel !!! phoned kays up on the 23rd of nov as my statement had come and guess what ? the jeans were on my purchases !!! said they would ring me back and as yet i'm still waiting ,it says on my delivery status that they have not been delivered yet so what right have they got to add them on !!!!

I ordered these dresses on line so I could have one for evening out.liked them both so decided to treat myself.they were quick to deliver and even better than the picture

i ordered two items from k&co told they would be delivered on 21/11 checked progress on internet items delivered to courier on 20/11 . waited in all day no parcels arrived phoned k&co given information to contact yodel. checked internet on 21/11 at 9pm informed that courier had been and left a card to rearrange delivery. lie 1 contacted yodel 8am 22/11 told could not find parcel number. no2lie . contacted k&co for said number. rang yodel again with number told themm no card had been left gave me number of courier. rang number the man who answered no longer worked for yodel.rang yodel again and this time the lad told me the truth the courier had not tried to deliver on 21/11 because he would have had anumber on his screen corresponding with the number on the card which was supposedly left .i had no card he had no number. so the truth at last. i have been a k&co customer for as long as i care to remember. van delivery no problem.courier delivery lots of problems. sort out problem k&co or lose a life long customer

After being informed a signature is required and delivery WILL BE AT THE LATEST 21 / 11 / 2012 made sure someone in all day at a cost of £150 casual text message at 8 minutes past 4 on 21st November 2012 your items are delayed well sorry but your complete ameteur aproach to customers is as usual pathetic why tell me I have to make sure someone has to be in to sign when you just don't care wether the delivery happens or not ???????????????? you will now need to make an appointment as to time and day as I will NOT waste another £150 on your day dreams and fancies in fact cancell the order I wish I had never heard of you

As stated above havent ordered in awhile but decided to give Kay & co another try and order some xmas presents.Ordered 3 mini stereo systems amd was given a delivery date.So far so good.Half way through the delivery day got a phone call from kays asking me to confirm items ordered and advised that courier had queried items ordered and returned them to them as they suspected there may be fraud.Fair enough to double check but why return orders when a simple phone call would and indeed did sort out the query.I was then given another delivery date for which I waited in and guess what still no delivery.I rang Kay & co this morning and they are now investigating and hope to get back to me in the next 48 hours.I would love to the review the items ordered thats if they ever arrive!!!!!

I received a phonecall about BUY NOW PAY LATER and as i have recently due to a fall become disabled and am looking for different work i accepted it. I had on my statement £412 to spend so i ordered a christmas present IMPORTANT I CANNOT AFFORD OTHERWISE ), it said not enough funds so i called and was imformed the department was shut. The next day i received a call saying the reason was my pay later took me over my limit , even though i was approached and that my few day old statement was incorrect . i am now £300 in arrears and disabled and nothing they can do but told i am a long running good customer, my feelings are to pay up slowly and close the account. i am severely disgusted and very upset. I have used K&Co for years never with a problem until recently when they have been using YODEL as a delivery service, parcels never left with neighbours even though I have requested this to happen, and even stayed in all day to have the parcel delivered to the wrong address ie 58 not 56, ( neighbours out so had to wait another two days for the parcel to be delivered) no longer going to use this service and will have parcels delivered to the local shop drop

I have shopped with Kay's now KandCo for over 20 years. Not once have I ever had to complain. I dont know what Id do without them as I cannot rely on high street shops! For example just the other week I wasted a 'whole' day searching for a couple of pairs of boots. After a long haul of achy feet going from shop to shop AND driving from one town to the other, I gave up. Knowing that I should have gone online in the first place I finally went online to KandCo and instantly brought 3 pairs:- a lovely high heeled high legged tan boots, a brown high heeled ankle boot and a black high heeled ankle boot. Love em. Infact, most of my shoe/boot wardrobe is full of KandCo as are my clothes wardrobes. However, I must admit that I dare not let my daughter loose with the catalogues just yet ;)
