I would have given you a 5 but for the first time in all the years I hsve been with you, you have let me down. I have purchased a very large item from you and has cost me 1399.00 and it is of shabby material and splits and you say its not a manufactoring problem so you are taking 45 pounds from me for having it looked at and Ive got to keep the faulty goods!

kandco are agood catalouge very good delivery service.in my experience ive found the returns service is a little hardwork.recenty i returned a faulty printer.it says returns can be arranged online.but it wouldnt let me do it. i still ended up ringing catalouge.even then they tried to fob me off to the manufacturer.seems to me like they are making it difficult to return items.could be made easier on line to arrange returns in the approvel period..

sometimes deliver on time others waiting for day once it was weeks. i have just been e-mailed asking me to review a product that hasn't even arrived yet. should have been delivered on 02/03/2012. checked website tracking section on this date and its latest delivery date was 28/02/2012 fantastic if they can go back in time but i still am waiting (in the present). when i contacted them via e-mail the reply was basically sometimes things take longer. its been at the delivery depot a few miles up the road for days... should i go and get it myself?

I have been shopping with k&co for a few years now. They have a lot of choice on the website, the delivery service is reliable and with the option to pay interest free over 20 weeks it's the best home delivery service I've used. You can choose which day and whether you want it delivered am or pm. You also get free delivery and free returns.

I have been a customer of KandCo for a number of years and during that time they have never seemed to have gotten to grips with problems relating to lack of stock or delivering some items on time. My msot recent experience relates to an order for some bedding which I required urgently as I was expecting a friend to visit. After scouring the relevant options online I was disappointed to find that at least half of the advertised products were out of stock. Having compromised on a few items and giving up on the rest I placed my order. In fairness two-thirds of the order arrived when it was supposed to but the remaining item has been delayed by a week and will arrive too late for my purposes. I have therefore, today, had to cancel that part of the order. I now have to search for the said item from another source when I have little time or opportunity to do so........isn't this why we all shop online in the first place? It is my experience that this is not an isolated incident and rather lets the company down.

K&co although agood catalouge the delivery service often doesent turn up wen it says and some orders u have to wait for and the only way you can find out if theres a delay if you go onto track my order i think they should notify you via text so your not waiting around all day for nothing to arrive as has happenned to me on more than one occcasion!!!
