KandcoReviews of kandco.com

I have had a catalogue with kays for the last 20 years and I can say in all that time I have never had any problems,If there was a query It was sorted out there and then on the phone.Delivery is always prompt and the goods excellent value for money KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

I ordered a fridge freezer and opted for the company to collect the old one for a charge, but when it arrived the delivery man came he said that he could not take it away as his van was full. So I pay for a service that i did not get , flaming furious and when you phone Kay's you get told that its not their fault and that you the customer have to phone the delivery service! ! Why state in the book , and website that they will remove the old one if they don't ! ! They will only remove it if there is space in the van! ! I am one disgusted customer, been shopping with Kay's for years and I am extremely disappointed .

What can you say about a company that delivers what they say ! i have been with Kandco for many years and i am very pleased to say i have been happy with all the things i have had and i am continuing to enjoy my catalogue

I have been a customer of Kays Catalogue for many years, ever since my children were young and my daughter is now 30. The quality is always first class, fit excellent and materials durable and up to the minute. This is one of the few companies that dont charge for delivery which is a bonus. Love the products and will continue to shop with them in the future.

I buy everything I can from kandco they deliver quickly and I have never had a faulty product in the last few years which makes a big difference to me and my family as both myself and my husband are disabled and cant often get out to shop

Orders arrive versy quickly and the items are always of the highest quality. If there is a problem the staff are always there to do their best to resolve the issue.

I have been a K&Co customer for 2 years now and I can honestly say that I have always received good customer service from the ordering and delivery of my goods. It is fast and efficient and if I have ever had to return anything this is the same efficient service as well.

I paid a delivery charge on an Itam that I wanted for Christmas I did it through the web site and made sure that I could not see any info that said it would not reach me before Christmas. I checked the tracking option on the Itam and ther was nothing to say I would not recive it on the day it was supposed to be delivered so you can imagine my surprise when it did not show the Itam had been sent through roal mail wich I was then made to collect the package myself so had paid the delivery charge for nothing because if I had decided to wait until after Christmas I would of had it delivered for fee I know the charge is not a lot but the point is when you pay for something to arrive for a set date you expect it on that date
