KandcoReviews of kandco.com

Very prompt service with good customer care. Easy ordering, concise and simple to use website and great installment payment plans. Pricier than other on-line shops though because of that reason.

When I order from Kay's it is so easy I am updated with emails and texts to let me know when I will receive my item and if it ends up not being suitable I can send it back free of charge. The easy payment scheme is great and affordable and my monthly statement is simple to understand. I am an agent of more than 25 years now and Kay's has never let me down.

I have been buying through the catalogue over a period of years and have always received good service from Kandco. It's easy to arrange affordable re-payments, or for smaller items you can pay it off straight away no fuss. There is a good returns service if things aren't quite what you envisaged or if it's the wrong size. I would recommend Kandco to anyone as a good online shopping experience.

Kand co is a really good catalogue has a good selection of items for all personal and professional needs as well as brilliant sales at affordable prices. Especially rewards system is brilliant so gives you more value for money. The team are friendly and supportive with any issues and are always willing to support and advise on purchases or other enquiries.

Always an easy transaction process, with great quality products at competitive prices.

Before the change to K & co I used to get 15% back on all of my purchases. Since the change I only get 15% back on full price purchases. As a result I have reduced my spending as there are other home shopping catalogues outside the littlewoods group that are now better value. Its a shame but I will always look for the best value and service which now isn't K & Co.

Had no problem with delivery, it is just the after sales. Would rather purchase items from an outlet that allows you to return items. Bought a laptop and after 1 day charger packed in, reliant on Samsung to sort out problem, as yet still awaiting resolution and Laptop useless. I would not use them for regular expensive purchases with a result. This has happened before

I have been shopping with kay&co since it was just Kay's Imust be over 20 yrs now and I have never had a single problem except once when I went on holiday and forgot to make my payment before I went, I in the meantime ordered something, can't remember what, was refused it because I had failed to make my payment. Which I had honestly forgotten about, but I paid it, I didn't even have to re-order the item I wanted it was sent straight out to me without any questions asked, so a big thank you to kay&co for all the years of excellent service and value you have provided to me and my family :)
