I have recently started shopping again with Kay&Co. I have ordered leggings! As there is a great choice. All have been delivered promptly they are good quality & fit well. The special offers are really good too & can save you loads of money.

ordered a gas cooker with connection , the cooker arrived and they didn't connect it because they weren't qualified, so rang the catalogue to be told it wasn't showing connection , they gave me a phone number to call , which I did , the operator took my contact number , when she called me back she told me it was an error with there online service not registering the connection option , so consult my yellow pages for a fitter , I told her that being as it was there fault and they have admitted it was there fault they should arrange a fitter , she said her manager had told her that connection has to be arranged when the item is ordered and there was nothing they could do , I find this customer services appalling , I have been a customer of this company for many years and spent thousands of pounds with this company ,but lately I am finding this company very sloppy and un reliable

I am a long standing customer of kandco but now have come to dislike them and will very likely never shop with them again. I ordered items from my reward points but have been charged for them, meaning I am going to receive a bill I cannot pay and they will have the audacity to charge me extra for an unpaid bill and bombard me with calls demanding payment as they recently did when I was ill and supposed to be resting so unable to go to post office and pay bill which I explained and said I would pay it next day, most unhappy with kandco.

I like KandCo because the selections are great, delivery is excellent, and you can see exactly how much you will pay at a glance.

Excellent choice of products available, from clothing to technology, sport and home wares it's all there. The payment options offer flexibility to fit your financial needs (although with a fairly lofty interest applied). The prices on some items are competitive, but the majority of items are more expensive (some considerably more) than companies like Very and the high street. Overall I say that K&Co are ideal for small purchases like non branded clothes and home wares, but I would avoid buying big brands and in particular tech such as laptops, ipads and Mobile phones as some are as much as £100 more than the competition and if you pay over extend periods a lot of interest is applied.

an easy way to do your orders pay your billand cheack your account. Good and quick service plenty of stuff to choose from and good quality l have recommended friends and family to join which some have and also like the service

I bought 2 wardrobes from kandco last year and within 6 months we have had to repair them twice and they still are not very good quality then recently we bought a black glass top bar table which was very wobbly and when we tried to fix it, it fell apart so we had to send it back and get a replacement they were very helpful and sent a replacement within 2 days.
