Poor 1st time customer experience and poorly trained agents.
Well I made a first time purchase through a link on Topcashback.co.uk and my cash back tracked as it always does giving me 10% of my purchase value. As a first time customer I was also entitled to 10% off my first order using the code supplied by K & Co. Too good to be true, SURE WAS! K & Co cancelled my initial order saying some rubbish about me having a Littlewoods and Very account and the addresses not matching. (This was an agent changing my address is when asking for delivery to a separate address over a year before) They then decided my order was valid so I had to call back up to re - arrange the order. I called back through to customer services and guess what? This was not my first order so I wasn't entitled to 10% off. After moaning about this and transferring from department to department I finally got through to a gent that seemed to know what he was doing and promised to get the 10% discount applied. 2 months later, no discount, several emails which were answered very quickly, but I'm not entitled to the first purchase discount. I would use with caution, but if you can afford to buy goods outright, I would most certainly recommend shopping elsewhere!
