Excellent website, super fast delivery and returns not had any problems with this company, only one criticism,hence the star rating, I telephoned to return a deep fat fryer (the handle had totally collapsed) as it was passed the approval date , the initial menu is a waste of time as you give your account details (automated) only to have repeat them again to an operator, this call cost me £1.49 just to be told to return as normal and enclose a letter regarding the fault, not happy about this.

I would'nt hesitate to recommend Kayandco. I have always received excellent service from them, and the customer service team are excellent. Well done.

I've been a customer of both Empire and Kays for over 30 years. Overall I find them a convenient way to purchase, especially when children were small and money very tight. OK things may have been a bit more expensive but generally they were of good quality and the easy pay option was helpful. I had no problems at all except for high charges for a couple of late payments. Now, I find the combined company about the same. Free delivery and returns are a big plus. Easy pay still a good option if needed. Staff have always been courteous to me. I gather late payment charges are still high, which is a shame. Goods wise, I find the clothing sizes very random at times, size 12 trousers can be anything from not going over the knees to falling off when fully fastened! This needs to be much better. Sometimes also quality can be a bit of an issue but generally not too bad. Service is still as good as it has been, at least I've not encountered anyone unpleasant. I would like prices to be that little bit better, I would like to see rewards given automatically and not 'lost' which has also happened to me. Incentives for long term customers would be nice too. It's just that 'little bit extra' which would give them the extra star on review.

Over the years the delivery service has depended on the reliability of the delivery person, but missing a delivery and having to wait for the return could be a real pain. Now I can collect from a store (that has long opening hours) & no guesswork needed when the parcel has arrived as you get texts and emails. Brilliant!

I got an email yesterday(saturday)from kay&co stating they were sorry they'd missed me,left a card, but would try to deliver Monday! Strange thing is that as I'm disabled+take over 200 pills a day, I have Carers ON-SITE 24hrs a day+there is absolutely NO WAY the lying delivery driver even bothered trying to deliver! Guess what? No card either as they have to gain access to the SEALED MAILBOXES by pushing a button that is covered by CCTV!! This isn't the 1st,2nd or 3rd time but after complaining AGAIN TO KAY+co all I got was a "fob off" email that I replied to but even the answer I got back just proved to me that their so called customer service clearly hadnt read either email or that they even cared!!! Other people have said how poor things have become since Empire were taken over and after this latest escapade I heartily agree with them. Wait+see how low my purchases are for the next year. There's lots of other online retailers offering the same things but I bet customer services are better, after all, the customers pay their wages!

Would recommend you give this company a look. Excellent selection of goods - clothes, household items, jewellery, everything you need in fact. Website easy to use and always good levels of stock. Delivery is first class from ordering one day you can have the item at the latest 2 days later. Obviously a large item such as bed takes a little bit longer but you can choose your delivery day and time to suit you and courier contacts you by phone/text to keep you updated,

I have been a long and standing customer originally for Empire Stores, then it was taken over by KAY & CO. Since I have been with this company I have found them to be very cooperative in their enquiries and ordering , as well as the products I have purchased from them. Until recently when I purchased an expensive product from them, and I encountered a horrific and bad encounter with their operatives. The attitude of them due to their language barrier. I was unable until just recently to tell some one regarding this incident and I was about to close my account for good. But because of this very nice personel of kay & co whom I spoke too she convinced me to carry on. It is a pity you do not have more people in your call centres like her. On a final note I am happy to still purchase goods from you.
