KandcoReviews of kandco.com

All I was looking for was new curtains, tie-backs and matching cushions. I was just about to give up after 3 different companies had provided curtains that were as much as 1.5 inches shorter in the drop than advertised when I thought to try Kandco as a last resort. I was very impressed with the choice on offer and when they arrived, 2 days earlier than expected, delighted that they were the stated size. I am delighted with the finished look - well done Kandco.

I have been ordering from kandco for years, my mother was also a member, I have never ever had any problems with the service I have received, I was only mentioning today having had to make a complaint about another clothing shop's order, that if I call I am spoken to immediately, if I make an order my items arrive promptly and free delivery and returns is a bonus. Yes I can definitely say im pleased with kandco.

Gonna try and write my problem here as don't get a reply from an email,I haven't been able to view account online for 3 weeks now as no matter what devise I use it comes up with a blank white screen. Not happy

I've been with this company for decades, since it was Marshall Ward in fact. I've always earned commission (now rewards) and always been more than happy with them in general. I've just discovered that the most recent order I placed (£944) will not be earning any rewards because I used £13 of my already earned rewards towards it when I placed the order, making it a non-full price item! I've been in contact with them and they aren't budging! Way to scam £100 rewards out of customers! Seriously! I'll be looking for another catalogue company today (one that isn't anything to do with the same company) and will start getting my items from them. Terrible way to keep hold of loyal, long-standing customers! Very saddened by this!

i found your staff totally useless in all corespondence, while asking for a settlement fee , having checked and double checked asking over the phone for sed fee i was given the fee then paid the fee , now a month later i get a bill from you asking for a payment , on an account that should be closed so i ask you can your staff add up or are they just as usless as they seem ?? less than useless is my review

Compared to the chain of catalogue companies such as very, little wood etc Kayandco are he most expensive and well overpriced compared to high street prices. I compare Kayandco against very and other catalogues and never choose Kayandco anymore.
