Find the variety of clothes excellent, There is a first class selection of household goods and equipment almost anything can be bought for the family the selections of clothes and toys for children is one of the best. The delivery is first class and extremely fast. payment plans are good with an excellent choice of options

I love shopping at kays been with them for years, when you phone the people are so helpful, hopefully be shopping with them for many more years

Poor range of products - and high prices topped with less options to spread the cost now 20 or (52 weeks only being applied to +£100 item sales not total order) also you have to option to buy now pay later with intrest rate of almost 40% almost doubles the cost of the item on 3 years payback, when i comes to returning fauty goods they are more intrested in passing to buck back to the manufacters rarther than deal with it themselfs - often with very poor oftercare from the makers - the good things are free delivery and free returns, but thats about it,

Kays has been alongside me for more than twenty years. In good times and bad I have been able to keep a comfortable lifestyle with a company I know won 't let me down, and even now when they are part of a much wider group quality and service hasn't dipped. In fact, the only mail order firm I really trust - and the cashback for the unessential adds the fun element to life.

I recently tried to order some items on line from you and found I had been blocked and rang the order line to ask for the reason why. The man I spoke to was very rude first it sounded as if he was eating something then he argued with me , he asked me for the item numbers of the dresses I wanted I said there are no item numbers on line and after a ridiculous conversation about item numbers I gave up and asked again why I had been blocked and he said he hadn't a clue and put me through to customer services. The lady I spoke to had no idea why I couldn't order on line either but ordered the dresses by description. I have been with your company for a good many years and have never been treated like this so I am seriously thinking of closing my account with you, things have changed In your company and not for the better. I find K&Co's service very efficient and reliable. Although the prices are higher than in the shops if you choose the interest free options to pay then they are not unreasonable. Would certainly recommend them to anyone who struggles to afford the outlay for major items.

If you ever need something quick, good value, good quality then order it from kays catalogue, there's alwAys a good selection and great payment options.
