After what is probably 30 years or more, I am still a faithful customer. This company has provided consistently good service and, the odd occasion I have had reason to contact them (to speak to a human being no less!), I have always been spoken to in a professional but friendly manner (these being a couple of account queries and maybe a delivery question ... not much else as everything is so clear). The products are always of good quality (I have purchased cookers and washing machines to underwear) and have never returned an item due to faults after wearing/washing etc. Delivery is excellent. Deliveries have been send from KAYS then returned to KAYS but we have not had the deliveries to my home. KAYS have credited me for those deliveries but my customers were waiting for them and have therefore cancelled.

I have been shopping with K&Co for more years than I care to remember, I have always found it easy and hassle free. I have lost count of the items I have purchased over the years, but each time I have shopped with them I have found it so easy. What is especially good is the free delivery and returns. In this day & age it goes a long way in helping people to save money when these costs are free. So I hope to continue enjoying the shopping experience with K&Co for long into the future.

K and Co is ideal as you can browse the fashions etc from the comfort of your own own. The choice is excellent with sizes for everyone. The delivery is excellent and everytime my parcel arrives before or on the date specified. The payment options are ideal and if I need to contact customer services , the staff are most helpful.

I ordered a present for a baby shower I have still not received it 3 weeks later, I rang to be told they had no idea and would be in contact I have still not heard from them and had to embarrass myself by turning up to the baby shower with no gift completely disgraceful in my opinion, and when I click on my account it still states original delivery date and in transit 👎
