Amazing quality and service

The worst customer service ever. Purchased a ring on a carnival/ p & o cruise ship. Special order. When i eventually received it was the wrong stone. They actually queried if it was just different light. It was supposed to be pink sapphire and was deep blue. As way of apology after asking me to send back at my expense they offered to pay postage and told me would replace 10 weeks later. Everyone makes mistakes but how it is dealt with is key.

I made a purchase of a diamond on a cruise ship and I asked about the VAT paperwork to get my taxes back upon leaving Greece. Well the shop didn’t give us the paperwork and I’m down almost $1500. Thanks for nothing. If I knew I would get this much hassle I would have not made a purchase. I tried calling the company to at least get help with obtaining paperwork but again….no help whatsoever. They are quick to take your money though.

I have purchased three gorgeous pieces on a Holland America cruise. I contacted Kallati customer services for support about a couple of the pieces. Even with the pandemic I got excellent service and communication. I am extremely satisfied with this company.🙏
