Transform is a legacy model that restyles entire videos, which naturally takes longer to process. You didn't refine or iterate on either prompt after the initial attempt. Prompt Issues: The main problem was prompt structure, not the platform. Your prompts used abstract, conceptual language rather than clear visual instructions: Transform prompt: Described what already existed in the video ("fine sacred geometric patterns," "spiritual atmosphere") instead of defining how you wanted it to change. Phrases like "sacred energy activation" are conceptual, not visual directions. Kling prompt: Mixed action instructions ("Add luminous decoding energy," "light should pulse") with style guidance ("realistic reflections," "cinematic lighting"), creating confusion. Terms like "cosmic activation sequence" and "sacred energy particles" are too abstract for AI to interpret visually. Additionally, you used negative prompting ("Do not replace or repaint"), which doesn't work with our models, and your prompt contained emojis. The minimal $5 trial fee helps us maintain service quality while still giving genuine users an affordable way to test the platform extensively. We understand change can be frustrating, but we'd like to address some misconceptions. Superstudio has been our platform since September 2024 – over a year now. If the "original Kaiber" was so great, it's interesting that you haven't used our service in over a year. It's not node-based. Nodes are an optional advanced feature for users who want to create multi-step workflows and apply images to multiple generations simultaneously. The standard workflow doesn't require using nodes at all – it's actually very straightforward. All legacy features are still available: Flipbook, Motion, and Transform (now called Video Restyle 1) are all accessible in Superstudio. Superstudio is vastly improved. The old platform had only 3 features. Superstudio now offers over 18 features, including: Image Generation: Flux, Imagen 4, Recraft, Stable Diffusion V3.5, and more Video Generation: Kling 2.1, Veo 3, Luma Ray 2, Minimax, Runway, plus all legacy features Audio: AudioShake, Stable Audio Enhancement: Topaz upscaling, video upscale, lip sync Saying you "can't use it at all" suggests you haven't actually tried it. We encourage you to give Superstudio a genuine attempt – it's hundreds of times more powerful than the old version and just as easy to use for basic workflows. You signed up, used your credits, and then requested a refund. No money was taken without your consent—the credits you purchased were spent. During your usage, you received guidance on how to get the best results with the AI. The prompts you entered weren’t suitable, and the images you uploaded were also not suitable, which left nothing for the system to animate. This was explained to you. For example, phrases such as “Make it happen” or "you added some stupid word below, stick to the image, don't add anything just animate" "Minimalistic logo animation, 2–3 seconds, clean vector style. Step 1: The word "MAKE" fades in at the top. Step 2: Blue and yellow stripes stretch outward, forming the Ukrainian flag, and reveal the word "IT". Step 3: The word "REAL" stretches in below. Smooth, fast transitions, only text and simple lines, no extra effects, cinematic clean motion." These aren’t valid prompts. Instead, you need to clearly describe what you want to see happen. Additionally, the model you used is not a text generator, so it won’t generate with those kinds of inputs. You also attempted to use the video restyler to generate a new video, which is not its purpose—it is designed for restyling existing videos only. Because the credits were fully used, a refund cannot be issued. The trial you were on is specifically designed to let users test and explore the tools before deciding if they fit their needs. It’s unfortunate that you chose not to follow the advice provided, as it would have helped you achieve better results.
