Avoid Kaiber Studio [Scammers]
Extremely disappointing AI service with rude customer support, confusing subscription plans, and poorly designed workflows. The website is an absolute mess, somehow even worse to navigate than Higgsfield. For a platform that's supposed to streamline creativity, the entire experience feels unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Based on my own experience, along with other customer reviews and Superstudio's responses to criticism, the company comes across as arrogant, defensive, and more interested in protecting its ego than addressing legitimate customer concerns. A service that charges customers while offering this level of usability, transparency, and support has no business expecting loyalty. Kaiber Superstudio is not worth the money, time, or frustration. After feeling scammed by this service, leaving an honest negative review is the least I can do. I'll also be disputing the charge with my bank to recover my money. If your company refuses to provide a reasonable refund, I'll pursue it through the proper channels. Perhaps instead of arguing with dissatisfied customers, you should focus on fixing the problems that keep generating these reviews. Your reputation is a reflection of how you treat people, and based on my experience, you've earned every bit of criticism coming your way. Kaiber Superstudio continues to deny allegations of fraudulent billing practices while seemingly failing to provide customers with a transparent and reliable cancellation process. Despite multiple emails explicitly requesting confirmation that my subscription was cancelled, I have received no response. What's particularly concerning is how the company handles criticism. They insist their customer support isn't rude or unprofessional, yet publicly post customer interactions and names in response to negative reviews. That alone raises serious questions about their professionalism and respect for customer privacy. The dismissive, defensive tone of their responses only makes matters worse. It's astonishing that anyone representing a business could consider this an appropriate way to communicate with paying customers. If your cancellation process is legitimate and functioning properly, why is obtaining basic written confirmation so difficult? Why are so many customers reporting similar billing disputes? Rather than attacking dissatisfied customers or publicly arguing with reviewers, perhaps Kaiber should focus on addressing the issues that are damaging its reputation. I cancelled my subscription, deleted my account, and explicitly notified your company in writing. I expect confirmation that no further charges will occur. Never have I ever spent less than 30 minutes on a website and had to deal with this much nonsense. The complete lack of professionalism and transparency is astonishing. I cancelled my subscription, yet your company refuses to provide written confirmation that it was successfully processed. Instead of addressing this very simple concern, you seem more interested in arguing with dissatisfied customers and publicly sharing private email exchanges. Publishing private correspondence does absolutely nothing to prove that my subscription has been cancelled or that I won't be charged again. That's the entire issue, and you continue to avoid addressing it. I don't care about your excuses, defensive responses, or attempts to discredit customers. I cancelled my subscription, and I expect confirmation that no further payments will be taken. The lack of transparency, questionable billing practices, and appalling customer service make this website feel like an outright scam. I've never encountered this level of frustration from a service I used for less than half an hour. Stop arguing with customers and start providing actual proof that their cancellations have been processed. It's really that simple.
Response from Kaiber SuperstudioOct 14, 2026
Hey there At no point was our customer support team rude to you. and there was also no information given to the team around your generations including absence of criticism. for transparency here is the transcript from the support message You asked if a refund was possible. you had spent all the credits a was told unfortunately a refund is not eligible. Curious if "Curious if I can be refunded." Kaiber response trials aren’t refundable as they are for testing the site and credits have been spent you became rude and in response our team replied Kaiber Response What feature or workflow were you using? at no point in the conversation was our service team rude. you also didnt provide us any information on your issue You purchased a trial, and used the credits. You then deleted your account. AI generations incur costs and the trial is not refundable. Cancellations are processed immediately when submitted. Cancelled plans do not renew. to reiterate you signed up for a $5 trial, cancelled the trial and deleted your account at no point was there any questionable billing practice. all terms including the cost are displayed. you have also been notified 3 times that your account was cancelled.
