The quality of the dog bed is unmatched. I purchased my first K9 bed more than 7 years ago and just got two more for my new Boxer pups! Their customer support team is also the best!! Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly and kindly. Buy the best and forget the rest.

I ordered a medium crate bed based on K9 Ballistics’ claim that it “fits standard wire crates.” It does not. My crate measures 36 x 22, and the bed measures 35 x 22, yet it would not fit as advertised. I also paid extra to personalize the bed based on those measurements. The order arrived late, and when I contacted customer service, I was met with repeated references to policy rather than any attempt to resolve the issue. For a $150 product, this experience was unacceptable. The bed was misrepresented, the service was unhelpful, and the company refused to stand behind its product. I will not purchase from K9 Ballistics again and cannot recommend them.

Excellent customer service. The products are beyond comparison. I spent thousands of dollars trying to find beds that my Great Danes wouldn't destroy. This was the only one.

I bought this crate pad for my new 8 month old German Shepherd puppy - recommended to me by my son who has 2 of these pads. Within one day my pup chewed through the plastic zip ties and the company immediately replaced them -amazing !!! This would not have happened if I had bought this product on Amazon. I recommend trimming the excess after you secure the ties to prevent this from happening . Great pad and great customer service,

Gave it a 3 star review because while the harness seems durable, it's not designed well for powerful dogs, as ours was able to back right out of it. We have a German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois. They do have great customer service though and we would recommend them.

Loved the bed, however, after a couple of months my coonhound was able to dig through. So I emailed customer support and spoke with Sheila. She not only offered to replace the bed, but recommended upgrading to their indestructible bed at no additional charge! I am super happy with K9 Ballistics products and absolutely blown away by their level of customer service. I will be a customer for life!
