Update.... K9Ballistics stepped up and covered the warranty. Thank you. We are trying a different bed this time. Hopefully we have better results. Still no response back from Chewy after my first call and follow-up email. VERY DISAPPOINTED by both CHEWY and K9Ballistics. Chewy tells you to contact K9Ballistics for warranty coverage. K9Ballistics tells you to contact Chewy for the warranty coverage. Both claim that they are not responsible for the warranty of the item. False advertising! If neither are responsible why even claim there is a warranty. My dogs are 8 months old and major chewers. That is why I looked for a bed that had a warranty and was chewer resistant. They destroyed this bed in less than a day.

Customer service responded quickly and are assisting me the way it's supposed to be handled. Would recommend to anyone.

my dog can destroy a cast iron bowling ball, the first version tried did not fair well K9 however stood behind their products and I ended up selecting a vinyl raised bed which as of yet has endured this brute's chewing issues they reimbursed the cost up to the original expense of the original purchase

These beds are money well spent. A K9 ballistic bed was gifted to me for my 6 month old, English Mastiff who at the time was 94lbs. At 2 yrs., 9 months old, Trouble is now 200.4 lb. This bed has held up. K9 ballistic beds are an investment. Though not pretty, the chew and rip stop are accurate statements along with being able to be repeatedly vacuumed (Trouble is a heavy shedder) and water resistant/washable. We're currently helping our kids raise their Doberman puppy. He's a scratcher/chewer but he hasn't damaged Troubles bed. My one disappointment with the company is frequent promotions for 15-20% off but there's always a detail...like only limited items are on sale.
