Purchased a chew resistant bed for my…
Purchased a chew resistant bed for my vizsla. He tore through it in a little over a month. Called K9 about the warranty. By far the easiest process I had ever gone through. Not only were they pleasant fast and efficient they asked me about my dog and made a different suggestion on a product to buy. Waiting on delivery now. Very grateful for the ease and integrity of this company.

Chewed in 3 hours, no warranty
Like others, my lab puppy chewed a corner of the bed and some internal foam within 3 hours the first time left alone with it a short time. The warranty sounds guaranteed, but they would not replace bed or cover. Only gave a "store credit". Well that was a joke, my wife went back on to order something a short time later and found the credit had already expired, which the company failed to mention it's only good for a few days. Sad, bunch of money down the drain. If your dog is a chewer, this bed wont hold up unfortunately, don't waste your money, not built tough at all and warranty is no good.

We're sorry for any confusion, James! The warranty allows for replacement or store credit for the value of the item, so if you'd rather have the replacement instead of the credit, all you have to do is let us know and we can switch that around. If you want to stick with the credit, that's fine too. The code lasts for 30 days but can be renewed at any time if you don't use it within that time frame—just shoot us a quick email at info@k9ballistics with your order info (or call us at 844-772-3125) and we can get that refreshed for you!

Product replacement

my dog can destroy a cast iron bowling…
my dog can destroy a cast iron bowling ball, the first version tried did not fair well K9 however stood behind their products and I ended up selecting a vinyl raised bed which as of yet has endured this brute's chewing issues they reimbursed the cost up to the original expense of the original purchase

Missed the Military Discount
Missed the military discount as I went to pay and was unable to back up before the order went through the system. Quick email to them and they provided the discount right away! Great and trustworthy company!

Great Customer Service
I've owned 2 K9 beds and their customer service is best in the business. Everytime I have a discrepancy, the customer service team is always there to rectify the problem and create a solution.

K9 Ballistic replaced premium cover
K9 Ballistic contacted me the day after I left the review and are replacing the premium cover that tore so easily with a Ballistic one. They've been great to deal with.
