About K9 Ballistics

We’re in the business of creating the world’s longest-lasting and highest-quality dog beds and gear, with a commitment to the well being of our people, pets, and planet. Our beds—both firm, supportive orthopedic styles and softer pillow styles are manufactured in-house at our California facility, using CertiPUR-US certified foam to ensure quality and longevity. Our beds are backed by a 120 Day Chew Proof Warranty that protects against any dog related damage, as well as a 10 Year Won't Flatten warranty that covers any loss of mattress support. We offer two styles of durable bedding—our Tough Ripstop, which is designed to withstand digging, scratching, and roughhousing, as well as everyday wear and tear and occasional light chewing, and our Chew Proof Armored beds, which are powerful beds engineered to withstand heavy, powerful, persistent, or anxious chewing behaviors. In addition to our beds, we also offer a variety of collars, harness, seat covers, and more to ensure you have everything you need for your pup. Check us out today!

No questions asked customer service
No questions asked customer service. Very helpful with all our concerns. The product is very durable and doesn’t feel cheaply made. Definitely worth the price you pay. Would recommend to other family and friends with furry pets!

True to their warranty
True to their warranty, after my 9-mo old GSD chewed her crate pad, K9 Ballistics is replacing it for us. Hopefully, she will outgrow her chewing soon.

Not so sturdy
The durability of the part, the dog lays on is by far superior to most you can buy in a pet store however, the framing and the aluminum legs that they put on are very flimsy and frail at best. I have pitbull so they don’t really jump around on them or anything but they are 65 to 85 pounds. The beds I bought are supposed to be good for 100+ pounds and I have purchased four of them over the last couple of years two of which had broken in the same place flimmsy leg and the screw where it holds it on. Will not be purchasing any more in the future. There has to be a better option for big dogs and an option that holds up if I had a great aim we’d be in trouble and all these beds broke within a year.
Response from K9 BallisticsJun 23, 2026
We're sorry to hear that the frames haven't held up! That portion of the bed is covered by our 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty, so if the beds have broken within that period we can definitely get replacements sent out free of charge. Simply email [email protected] with your order info and a photo of the damaged part and our team will be happy to assist.

Stellar dogs beds and amazing customer service!
Stellar beds, stellar products and amazing customer service! I have 7 of their orthopedic beds, most with bolsters in their blue quartz color! One of my orders got lost by FedEx and Shelia promptly ordered me a new one! My dogs have loved these beds since I first started ordering them. Almost every room in my home has one of the XL Tough Ripstop™ Rectangle Bolster Orthopedic Dog Beds × Blue Quartz! Much Love!
