5 stars for the customer service and the one year warranty. My sweet golden retriever who is almost 3 now is the dog bed slayer. Many beds have seen their demise at the paw (and teefs) of my boy. He did in fact destroy his greatest challenge yet… a K9 ballistics raised chew guard ripstop bed. It did take him 9 months before he struck. One year warranty was easy to access and I got the vinyl chew guard raised bed (the even tougher bed) at no cost. It only took about an hour before I got a response and my new bed ordered. Time will tell if the tougher bed will survive (pray for me) but my experience with K9 ballistics was very pleasant. I wish more businesses were like them.

Our dog absolutely loves the ball. He understood immediately what to do. Watching instinct at work is amazing. We did initially have a problem with the ball but K9 ballistics was on it. They sent us a replacement immediately and couldn't have been kinder about it.

The quality of K9 Ballistics products are fantastic! When it was time to order a replacement part, I accidentally threw away part of the original product I was supposed to keep. I emailed the support team and they were so quick to respond and resolve my issue. They have a customer for life now!

I have purchased many products from K9 Ballistics, once I threw away money trying to save a few dollars on lesser products. The quality is excellent, the chew proof products are just that: chew proof. Our Malinios couldn’t even chew a hole in hers. The customer service is fast and easy. Don’t waste your money on inferior products.

Great experience all around! I bought our first dog his bed when he was 2, he’s now 6 and the bed is still in great shape. A year after purchasing we had an issue with the original cover and K9 replaced it for us with no problems. We recently rescued a second dog and now purchased her a bed of her own.

The dogs and I love K9 Ballistics because they make beds big enough for multiple dogs, which are therapeutic and Made In USA.No other company I have found makes beds that large.For that reason alone, I love the company.Then, the office is always helpful and pleasant, so as a patron,i appreciate that so very much.5 Stars for K9 Ballistics.
