I love the K9 Ballistics dog beds. I’ve used them in the past for my labs and they were the best. I bought new ones recently for my new lab puppies who somehow chewed a hole in the underside of the dog bed. K9 Ballistics honored the warranty with no exceptions. My new bed is on the way. I received outstanding customer service- quick response, efficient resolution! I’m a customer for life!!

Was already a fan of the K9 Ballistics Dog Bed for my aggressive chewer. We had a slight issue and I reached out, expecting for a massive delay due to the holiday season. Well, I got a response right away and my problem was solved through a quick email. A huge relief and a very happy dog!

My dog tore his mat within the 120-day warranty and they replaced it, no questions asked. Can't ask for more than a company standing by their product.

These beds are money well spent. A K9 ballistic bed was gifted to me for my 6 month old, English Mastiff who at the time was 94lbs. At 2 yrs., 9 months old, Trouble is now 200.4 lb. This bed has held up. K9 ballistic beds are an investment. Though not pretty, the chew and rip stop are accurate statements along with being able to be repeatedly vacuumed (Trouble is a heavy shedder) and water resistant/washable. We're currently helping our kids raise their Doberman puppy. He's a scratcher/chewer but he hasn't damaged Troubles bed. My one disappointment with the company is frequent promotions for 15-20% off but there's always a detail...like only limited items are on sale.
