Our pricing structure depends on the country and, for some, is built on usage, so each customer can pay for what they need. This is clearly presented in our pricing and can be tested and verified during the trial process. Secondly, your cancellation request was processed immediately. The additional $50 cost you are referring to was related to the 10DLC registration and an extra phone number in your account. I want to emphasize that this cost does not go into our pockets but is a necessary fee for compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the cost of this extra phone number was clearly stated during the ordering process and confirmed by you during the 10DLC registration. Finally, I want to address the tone of our conversations. Throughout the process, our team experienced rudeness and aggression from your side, including some serious threats directed at our staff. We pride ourselves on treating all customers with respect and expect the same in return.
