Siddharth is super fast to respond, thanks
Siddharth helped me solve my issue with voicemail set up. He was professional, knowledgeable and most important to me - very fast to respond. I did wait hours sometimes for other agents to get back to me. But Siddharth respected my time and I'm grateful for it.

I paid the yearly plan, I just wanted a downgrade plan and get refunded for the remaining period. But the refund will only will take effect on the next billing cycle, which is next year. They won't refund the unused charges.... It is surprising this happens in the US. It was also the case for cancelation since they won't give a refund. Their reply was: "It doesn't matter as you have already paid up for the year as you are on a yearly billing plan. You can either downgrade now and you will be charged immediately however, this would come in effect when the next billing cycle starts or wait towards the last week and downgrade to Essentials plan when your current billing cycle is about to end"
