I had special requirements so I tried out 6 other dialers before I chose Justcall.io. Pros: very flexible, great customer service, fast and easy to use once you know that 2 features are under "sales dialer" button, possible to suggest improvements. Cons: The setup proces for someone like me who has not used justcall previously was un-necessary long/complicated because I didn't know where things are located and didn't know that I needed them. I have suggested their CEO to use a "step by step" setup process so all needed setups are done in 15 minutes - instead of 10 days - and then the very nice onboarding people can also just focus on more advance questions and use cases than the very basic setup process questions. Also, the dialer could save 2 clicks per call when its just an asnwering machine or person is not there. Multiply that by 3000 calls monthly and that adds up to 6.000 un-necessary clicks (i did write to their CEO about that also - maybe it will be made smarter). I have to scroll to see all 18 data for each customer - by putting fieldd escription and field data on the very same line, then instead of only being able to see 7 data, then that would double to see 14 data without scrolling. Using the realestate on the screen better (moving things up a bit) then all 18 data would be possible to see without scrolling). I also wrote about that to their CEO. Be aware, that justcall.io have a 2 seat minimum, which makes it harder for start-ups. Still many others have a 2 seat or even 3 seat minimum. Still, it would be nice if a 1 seat was offered - like for 1 year pre-payment - so justcall both makes money from each customer, but, also attracts start-ups even more. So, as close to what I am looking for - and if those suggestions become reality then justcall.io is really great.

I have a registered business in both Germany as well as the US. However they wouldn't let me set up an account. Even after sending them over my literal company documents they still wouldn't set up an account due to me not being a "real business". Well, what should I say? Terrible experience, customer service is also useless.
