I am using first time justcall its good platform and supportive team member

terrible technical support. been trying to migrate my account for 2 weeks and have been tossed between like 10 different agents and none of them have known how to respond to a simple port request

We’ve had a very positive experience with JustCall. The platform itself has been reliable for our day-to-day operations, and what really stands out is the quality of their human support. Karan was especially helpful. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we weren’t left in the dark while an issue was being investigated. onboarding is terrible, 1 30 minute call didnt get me past setting up customer call fields, cant figure out how to set up agent voice mails, there is no direct chat, its all by email, think twice before you pay them,

All documents provided, didn't help me open an account. Had to follow up various times. With that customer service im glad it didnt work.

We’ve been using JustCall for 4+ years, and I can honestly say that working with Sid was the best experience I’ve had with JustCall Support. Sid went above and beyond to not only answer my questions, but to really understand the reason behind them and what I was ultimately trying to accomplish. He took the time to make sure I had the information I needed and made the entire process feel easy and supported. What stood out to me even more was that Sid followed up with me on Monday, after we had worked together on Friday, just to make sure I didn’t need any additional assistance. That level of follow-through and genuine care is rare and really made an impression on me. Huge thank you to Sid for providing such an exceptional support experience.
