The customer service person I spoke with was courteous, helpful and made me feel it was a priority for him to solve my issue. The reason it is not 5-stars is I did receive the wrong part initially, but that has been corrected.

Great trampoline! The quality is excellent, very sturdy and easy to put together. The shipping was also super fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. Definitely worth the money.

I am so glad I ordered from jumpzylla. The ASTM certification makes me as a Mom feel like my family will be safe while jumping. The higher weight limit allows Dad to jump with the kids. The trampoline looks beautiful, very well put together with quality parts. AND it was easy to put together. Our trampoline was damaged in a storm and with jumpzilla's storm warranty, a replacement was ordered right away. The customer service was exceptional.

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast. I was intimidated putting it together but when I finally started on it, I did it solo in only 3 hours. My kids are having so much fun on it and it seems very sturdy!

We had to purchase multiple trampolines for our kids. We purchased jumpzylla because of the warranty. So far, it has succeeded our expectations very easy to put together and very good quality. Our kids enjoy every moment that they’re on it.
