Great company & product
Great trampoline. A bit hard to get the netting on over the posts, but once on it is a solid product. We had a wildlife issue with the netting and the company was more than generous with excellent customer support.

Quick customer service. Great assistance with missing packages. Easy to follow instructions. Great quality and everything fit together well. All pieces fit together well and the trampoline feels lighter than others.

My kids were so excited about the trampoline…. We just spread the parts out in the backyard. Two boxes contain trampoline parts and one is a queen size bed 😥 But the parts that arrived looked pretty good and customer service ordered the missing box for us 👍

Excellent customer service
There was a small shipping issue as FedEx lost the first trampoline but Savuth from customer service straightened it all out and responded to me so quickly and was incredibly helpful in getting me a new one. We LOVE it! Thanks to Savuth and Jumpflex!
