Brillant and easy to put together. Needs two people to build We were done in an hour and 15 mins today My children are happy Was out of stock when ordered stated pre order for delivery 4th July but was delivered before on the 2nd July.

Appalling Customer Service I purchased a 10ft trampoline based off the 5* reviews I had seen - paying more than average for the trampoline but assuming i would get excellent customer service. The whole process has been a shambles. The trampoline was delivered with parts missing so couldn't build it ready for my daughter's birthday. I was then told the items were out of stock (why sell it in the first place). After several emails, they sent one of the missing parts (i needed 4). I sent emails that weren't responded to. Nobody seemed to know what was going on or following up with any customer issues. Eventually all the parts arrived and didn't fit! I gave up and asked for a refund which i also had to chase. Don't waste your time!

Received quickly after ordering. Assembled yesterday and fairly easyand straighforward especially with a few helpers. The quality is much better than the cheap trampoline it replaced and we are hoping it will last many years. It appears to be a good rubust design so no reason it shouldn't last well.

The trampoline was very easy to put together. The bolt free design is great. The one issue is getting the nets over the poles. They are just too tight to pull over the foam. However covering the foam in baby powder solves the problem and the nets glide on.

I ordered a trampoline on 6/25/23. I was told it would ship two weeks ago. That’s a lie. When I finally bugged them enough to ship it we received several boxes but are missing Box 3 which essential to setting up the trampoline. I now have kids that are pestering me and a husband who is furious that he set up half of a trampoline in the yard. Customer service is not helpful and no one has been able to contact me on the missing box! If you want easy experience, go with some other company. I have called and emailed numerous times. Their support people are call center people located in India.

Good quality matt and springs. The net on the other hand, not so much. It was very difficult to attach and was incredibly tight. You could see the inevitability of a rip and tear coming. Sure enough, the zipper no longer works and the top part has almost ripped all the way through. The springs are also starting to pop off the frame. It’s a good trampoline but I would expect a bit better quality for as much as it costs.

My children enjoyed themselves

I ordered the 10ft trampoline and it arrived within 7 days. My wife and I put it together yesterday and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I took us just under 2hrs to complete and we are very happy with it. It is well made and very sturdy and our daughter has been enjoying it already. We would highly recommend.
