By far the best Customer Service I have ever received from any company. They are very quick to respond to any request and I received my product in no time. The quality of their trampolines are excellent. I have already referred Jumpflex to my friends and neighbors looking to purchase.

We bought a 15’ trampoline and a bit of wear and tear happened from use and such, they QUICKLY replaced the ripped pad with NO question! It was at our front door within 36hrs.!! They’re absolutely amazing!!!!
