I did quite a bit of research on companies who promise Instagram growth and I was impressed with Jumper after 2 phone calls with them. It seemed that an actual human would be in charge of my account - apparently I misunderstood what that meant. I paid upfront for 6 months of the service. I took quite a lot of tweaking to get the follows in a way that I was comfortable. Towards the end of the 4th month I became really unhappy with the way things were going and reached out to my "person." He was incredibly rude about the experience I was having and so I escalated my concerns - the was the beginning of June. The account was paused while my concerns were addressed and I was assured that a "team" would be on this, looking at the best accounts to target for follows. Fast forward to today. This has not happened - I kept being told that I would be updated by Friday at the latest and then weeks went by. Now, I am getting no response from anyone there. My emails are going unanswered. I set up a phone call with the person I had been talking to and he did not keep that appointment. So right now I am out the money, not using the service, and not getting anyone to respond to me. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DOES THAT??

Another company selling bot followers! I used their services for 2 months and they are using bots to get you fake followers. I reached out to them several times and they did not agree to a refund so I escalated the case to Paypal.
