Great service!

Really great support but the service is not worth the money. The following is totally random so it's organic, it's real people but no specific target. If you are happy to just grow following it's alright, if you want to target specific people for your business etc... do it yourself. Except that it hasn't been working for half of it, they said it was cause of Instagram algorithm but yeah.. appreciate the effort but not worth the money. Couldn't get any refund or anything back (no 30-day guarantee or whatever) so I just stopped the service 1 week before it ended. Update: Kian offered me a free month where they have tried they best to target who I've told them. Unfortunately most of people wouldn't fit the criteria, appreciate the effort although

Jumpermedia is the first company that has been completely transparent with me. They do what they say and say what they do. They are really good at communicating and keeping me informed. I can sit back and relax while they pilot my growth. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I haven't been with them long enough to see the long term results yet.

Prior to the software failure, I couldn’t say enough great things about Jumper Media. While there has been a lack of communication, I have finally spoken with a Director and they are issuing a partial refund as I had paid in full. I will use Jumper again as there method has changed, but I will pay for month-to-month service. It has taken a little bit, but my concerns have been addressed and resolved by Jumper! I am more than satisfied with the outcome given the circumstances! They were very friendly and accommodating.
