Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this service. I’ve used Jumper for over a year and canceled my membership recently due to the poor quality and inconsistent guest services. I typically get the same response from them when something goes wrong that they are making upgrades to their platform which results in delays in service. The problem is that you still have to pay their monthly fees when their platform doesn’t work properly. The close out of my membership was also disappointing. I hate writing reviews like this because I am a big fan of startups, but I also used reviews to make my decision to use Jumper Media. I think it’s important for them to address some of their tech debt and invest in more training for their customer service agents before I’d try them out again.

Before all the bad reviews started flooding in there were only good ones, I signed up, everything was good, I was contacted by my success manager and it genuinely seemed like what I had paid was worth it. She tells me they are going through some software developments and that it did not matter how long it took for me to call back because it would take a few weeks for it to be installed (you need atleast 15 pictures, I only had 11). Fast forward a few weeks and they send an email that everything's been handled and that they are sorry for the late replies everyone has been getting, I take this chance to call but to my surprise the numbers I had called before did not exist, I went on their website to see if they had a contact number but nothing so I tried to use the bot but again, it said it was unavailable. I send about 4 emails to every person from Jumper that had emailed me at one point, one of them being my success manager. After 5 days someone replied to me, funny how it was the one email were I was not angry so the reply was super short and no apologies were said, what's even more curious is that it was a reply to my message that was directed at my success manager, this one was from someone else. The other emails have not been answered after 6 days and I sent another one for good measure 2 days ago. In the last message they sent me they said they would activate my account and would start to see some followers in a few days. Its been 4 days and nada. Don't waste your money or time, what a shame because it started off really well and I was excited, now I am bummed out and £130 less rich. I still have some hope left that they will live up to their word however, the way the service is being handled deserves a one star anyway, I'll try update if I get a reply or some action in my account. Edit: asked for a refund as my account did not even get to be activated and got no response whatsoever, is there a way to sue these people?

If I could give 0 stars, I would do that or even negative . They are fraud and very poor customer service. I have chasing them from past 3 months for no service and they are giving me the same response, system is upgrading . Bla bla bla Please don’t waste your money. Worst service I have ever received.

Unbelievably poor customer service. Like the true reviews on this site, no responses to email, phone numbers now disconnected, no integrity or accountability. Don't waste your money.

DO NOT use this company, I was referred by a friend and seen growth for a couple weeks and then nothing! When I reach out I get zero answer their phone number does not work and nobody will email me back for a refund, I paid stupidly for a full year and so sad I will be eating that 1K :(

I signed up with Jumper to help grow my instagram page for my business. They were running a discounted plan at $100 a month for 3 months. I signed up for that deal. Not only did their service stop working on month 2 but at the beginning of month 4 they charged me $150 for the next month alone claiming I was signed up for a subscription. They would not give me my money back. Their service doesn't work and they will con you into a subscription you didn't ask for.

You cannot trust all the positive reviews in this thread - its so obvious that they wrote all these positive reviews. They made my account blocked and banned multiple times from following so many people without doing research. Inquiries through IG has gone down by 87 percent ever since I started the one year contract with them. Its all because my account doesnt show up on hashtags at all. If the account gets renewed and the service on their part is stopped they do not give any attention at all so you are losing some weeks or months of no service. They respond Only when I email them that the service seems to be paused.

I’ve been working w Jumper Media now for Over 3 years. There product is amazing. They have enabled my Instagram following to increase by 10x over this period. I highly recommend to anyone looking to Grow there follower base.
