I knew this was a good product, as this is our second joyride harness. Our mastiff puppy outgrew his first one. I like the three rings for leash attachment. Easy to adjust and sturdy closure.

I'm very happy with the harness, it works well for my application. I gave it a four star because my first order was sent in the wrong size after making sure that I had the measurements and weight correct and still the order was sent in the wrong size, however, I sent it back and the correct size was sent. I'm happy now.

Best dog harness on the market bar none. I have a lab who calls me and faceplants me on the concrete. It's like wrestling and alligator. While I'm trying to hold the other one in my hand, this is the best harness for him. It slows him down. He's a lab. He's not going to stop pulling and he's not going to stop jumping. That's just who they are. It's in their nature. I use the joyride harness on my last lab. It was a couple two three dogs ago and they've made improvements. I just love this harness and now it actually has a heavy handle that I can hold too. That helps. I even bought one for my 13-year-old Jack Russell. She didn't need it but it's adorable

When I was checking out, I got an offer for a second harness for $19.98. I took the offer and chose a pink camo harness. I then noticed that the order incorrectly showed a blue plaid harness. I looked for a phone number, but found none, so I emailed customer service asking for a correction. When I finally got a response two days later, I was told that the orders and the customer service were two different lines of communication and there was nothing that they could do about it and I would have to deal with it on exchanges and returns. Unacceptable, but I have no other option.
