The face harness purchased for my dog "Buddy" was a bit too big. It has his name and ph#. Then I requested a size smaller. I appreciate the timeliness it took to get the smaller size. Good customer service

Sizing is not good. Our puppy is 21# and the medium is way to big and the small barely fits. Chest is too small. He will out grow shortly. We kept it as its now worth sending back. With this there is no proper size. Then to return there would be shipping costs.

Everything went wrong!! I ordered a new harness and seatbelt for a trip we were taking. I couldn't get info on when it was expected to ship and ended up buying a seatbelt on Amazon. I finally received the ship notification on the day the items arrived. The harness didn't fit (notwithstanding having purchased one previously in the same size from Joyride). When I attempted to create an online return label the system didn't work and I had to send an email to get a label. UGH!! That took several days. In my email requesting the label I told them I wanted to return both items for a refund ( I had filled out the online form asking for a refund for only the seatbelt--and the system wouldn't allow me to change it). At this point I was so frustrated I decided to buy the harness from another vendor. Well, guess what? They wouldn't change my exchange for a return and they wouldn't allow me to return the harness because they have a policy that only allows 1 return on a purchase. My suggestion. . .buy your harness someplace else. I won't do business with them again.

It was just what we needed to keep our dogs safe while transporting them in the car.
