We received the wrong size and it has proven to be impossible to get the right one we have been completely dropped from the help of customer service and might I say that you have no customer service

Trauma-free Harness for previously traumatized dogs
I have tried many harnesses looking for one that my previously traumatized dogs consider a non-issue. Joyride Harness is it for riding in the car.
Both dogs get excited for "bye-bye" now, and actually come to me anticipating their harnesses. Once I found the correct size for the chest velcro, I just always leave it fastened, and only need to click shut/release the buckle from around behind their front legs. No struggling, very streamlined. Super smooth and easy slipping on/off over their head.
So far though, I only use them in the car attached to doggie-seatbelts (also purchased thru Joyride.)
I had an issue once when, out in the yard, the (55 Lbs) smaller more playful one had pulled apart the harness velcro on the (70 Lbs) larger dog. And once, hooked up to the seatbelt in the backseat, the larger dog had, rubbed off? the harness, still hooked up to the seatbelt -- but that was early in our "bye-bye" training when she was overly anxious in general. And, unlike with other previous harnesses, the smaller dog has never chewed through/off the Joyride.
Lightweight, cool mesh, and quick acceptance, the dogs like them. My one complaint for me is the buckle is challenging to unhook for my elderly hands.

Second Joyride harness, still great product
This is our second joyride harness. The first lasted for many years, was great. Just when we were thinking about replacing it because it was looking pretty grungy, the clip broke. We had lots of good years and we're happy to purchase a new one. The harness is great, just like the first one. The fit, quality, construction, leash brackets... All great. The only reason I rated it four stars instead of five is the strap that goes under the dog is much thinner, and the clip is small and difficult to release to remove. I recommend bringing the larger clips back, much easier to use and release. Even with that, it's a great product and we are pleased with it.
